GENERATE NITROGEN ASSIST GAS FOR LASER CUTTING

GEN2 i4.0 NITROGEN GAS GENERATORS

Generate your own supply of nitrogen assist gas on-site and provide a stable environment for your laser to cut metal with minimal oxidation and a precise, clean cut  finish.

With traditional methods of gas supply such as liquid or bottled nitrogen, users are oftentimes responsible for hidden costs such as rental fees, refill and delivery surcharges, order processing charges as well as environmental fees.

nano nitrogen generators begin with clean, dry compressed air to create a continuous supply of high purity nitrogen. Generating nitrogen in-house is a cost-effective and reliable alternative to the use of cylinder or liquid nitrogen in your laser cutting process.

RAPID RETURN ON INVESTMENT with payback typically between 6 to 24 months

EASY INSTALLATION with minimal cost and disruption

COMPLETE CONTROL to generate as little or as much nitrogen gas needed

HIGH PURITY up to 99.999% nitrogen purity produces ultra-clean cut and finish

GUARANTEED PERFORMANCE 100% function and performance tested

TESTIMONIAL

We were able to replace our bulk nitrogen tanks with a nano GEN2-12130 which produces 1,800 scfh of nitrogen gas at high purity (99.99%).

EXPERIENCED

Metal fabricators are integral in supporting many manufacturing and assembly companies across the country. In recent years, these fabricators have invested in laser cutting equipment to produce high quality finished stainless steel products for their customers. High purity, inert nitrogen gas provides a stable environment for the laser to cut metal with minimal oxidation. Laser cutting with high oxygen content results in a discolored appearance. Nitrogen  assist gas injected into a cutting nozzle at mid pressure range (300-400 psig) forcing oxygen downward and away from the cutting surface resulting in a precise, clean cut & finish.

Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generators produce nitrogen gas at a range from 95% up to ultra-high 99.999%. Producing high purity nitrogen gas is preferred for laser cutting applications to provide a clean, pure finish. However, producing such high purity nitrogen increases the size of the generator, pre-treatment drying equipment and the compressed air requirement, which is why selecting the correct purity level is critical in obtaining an acceptable return on investment of less than 2 years.
